I love almonds, but as I cracked a tooth in half eating them, I need to come up with a method a bit less harsh on the chompers. I tried the below and they came out ok.
Ingredients:
2 cups almonds
3/4 stick butter

This reminds me of those orange ice pops with the vanilla ice cream inside. It has a consistancy of egg nog and I find myself making these frequently. Feel free to change the proportions - there’s no magic here.
8 oz Crystal Light fake orange juice.
