I was thinking of you as I went through the grocery store yesterday! The thing that always amazes me is how huge sections of the store have become like another land, one that I never venture into. I cut through a never-visited aisle yesterday as I was on a flying shopping trip, and gawked in amazement at the rows of cookies and fruit juices, like something you'd see in a foreign country with strange cultural traditions.

(And another vote for Fage yogurt here, which is hidden in the organic cooler in Wegmans. Pretty low carb, absolutely delicious.)

I don't know about the yogurt your buying. I'm sure its not loaded with sugar like most. I've read stuff about the sugar in your actually being eaten by the good bacteria, so that there's actually less than the label says for the natural stuff. I buy Fage Total for my fiancee. Its a greek style full fat yogurt. Really good. I eat it sometimes. I think it has like 6 carbs per container. Not cheap, but well worth it. They also sell it in 2% and fat free, though why you would buy those I have no clue. If we have to get her those, she gets hungry faster. Plus they're not as healthy. They also make fruit ones not but those are even more expensive. I think I pay $1.89 for the single serving size now. I can only find the full fat version at Fresh Market and a few health food stores. The local chains don't carry it or only the low/ no fat versions.

I eat the Dreamfields maybe once a week. I never buy jar or can sauce of any type. Its much cheaper and healthy to make your own. So much tastier too.
