Glad you and your family liked it – I can’t get mine near it, though the stuff would make a great chunky sauce on top of pasta for the non-low-carb members of the family.
I just made a pot last night – I’ve made this at least a half-dozen times, and it hasn’t worn on me yet.

I called it Pizza stew and everyone loved it! I wasn’t sure if the cheese was supposed to go on top or actually in the stew, we put it on top and used cheddar cause I am out of Mozzerella. This is definitely a keeper–three cheers for recipes EVERYONE will eat! Thanks for sharing. I love your site.
