It started with an Atkins bar on the drive to work.
Next up, a big bowl of the beef stroganoff at 10:30am
At about 5:30 pm, I had an Atkins shake, as well as some brazil nuts, which I keep at work for food emergencies.
When I got home, I had eggs and sausages, as well as a few strawberries. And more wine.
A chunk of Lindt chocolate followed.
Still in ketosis.
And the weigh-in? 204.8 – an insignifigant gain from yesterday, and still down by 9lbs. and change from the beginning.
